The company plans to use its own funds of RMB 3powerballresultspayouttoday,000,000 yuan purchased 51% of the equity of the target company held by Zhao Laigen (corresponding to a registered capital of 31.2273 million yuan, of which the corresponding paid-in registered capital of 1.2273 million yuan), and assumed the obligation to pay the unpaid-in capital in the underlying equity after transferring the equity. After the completion of this transaction, Xinjuli will become a holding subsidiary of the company.
