According to the new regulations, the withdrawal amount of employees who meet the withdrawal conditions in the same natural year will not exceed 12000 yuan/person. For lease contracts filed and registered on the Shijiazhuang City Housing Rental Supervision Service Platform, the annual withdrawal amount will be increased to 15000 yuan/person.
In addition, for employees who have two or more children in eligible families, they only need to provide family membership certificates, and the cumulative withdrawal amount between the employee and spouse in the same natural year can reach 18000 yuan/person.
