The two parties agreed on matters related to the acquisition of Wuhu Yunmu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Yunmu Technology"). Wuhu Chery will hold itharmoniebaccaratof 4801harmoniebaccarat.002 million yuan (475808%) and 9.5902 million yuan (9.5045%) of Yunmu Technology's equity were transferred to the company and Lingyun Partnership respectively at a price of 1 yuan. Previously, the company had held 1.9821% equity of Yunmu Technology through equity transfer; after the completion of this transfer, the company will hold 59.0674% equity of Yunmu Technology through direct and indirect shareholding, becoming the controlling shareholder of Yunmu Technology. Yunmu Technology handles technology research and development in the fields of automotive electronic components, in-vehicle software and cloud software platforms.
