The main reason is that the arrival volume at major ports is expected to decrease in the next statistical cycle. The reason is that the downstream raw paper industry has entered the traditional off-season, resulting in a decline in the operating rate of paper mills and a decrease in demand for pulp. Overall, the current inventory level at the port is at the average level during the year, and it is expected that the inventory level will remain at a relatively stable level for some time to come.
